Air ticketing software for travel agents

You book the seat where you always do: your GDS, the airline's portal or your consolidator. Parvaz does everything after that. It reads the booking into a branded e-ticket, issues the receipt, records the sale and the supplier cost, and shows who still owes you.

What you get

  • Next to your GDS, not instead of it

Keep booking on your GDS, an airline portal or through your consolidator. Paste the booking or add its PDF, and Parvaz takes it from there.

  • The e-ticket fills itself

AI reads passengers, ticket numbers, the booking reference, flights, baggage and the fare from a PDF, a photo or pasted text. You check it and tap Save.

  • Seven ticket designs

E-tickets and receipts with your agency name and logo only. Print, save as PDF, send on WhatsApp or e-mail, or share a link with a QR code.

  • Sale and cost in one step

Saving a ticket with a fare records the sale, and the purchase from your supplier when you choose one. No second entry in a ledger.

  • Who owes you, who you owe

Customer balances and supplier balances, each in its own currency, always up to date.

  • On the phone, even offline

Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac or a browser. Work without internet; Parvaz syncs when you are back online.

How it works

Three steps. About one minute.

  1. Adding an airline booking to Parvaz after booking it on a GDS

    1. Book as usual

Then paste the booking, or add its PDF or a photo.

  2. An air ticket filled in by AI, ready to check

    2. Check the ticket

Passengers, flights and fare are filled in for you.

  3. Sending the e-ticket to the customer from the phone

    3. Issue it

Send the e-ticket and receipt; the sale is in your books.

Questions

Which software is used for air ticketing?

Seats are booked and issued in a GDS (such as Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport), on airline portals or through a consolidator. Around that, an agency needs software for the customer's e-ticket, the receipt and the accounts. Parvaz is that second part.

Is Parvaz a GDS or a booking engine?

No. It does not search fares, hold seats or issue tickets with the airline. It turns the bookings you make into tickets, receipts and bookkeeping.

Can it read bookings from any airline?

Yes. AI reads the booking PDF, a screenshot or pasted text from any airline or system, and airlines and airports are searchable lists if you type a flight yourself.

Do my staff need a computer?

No. Everything works on a phone, and also on a tablet or computer if you prefer. Unlimited staff, each with their own role.
