Travel agency invoice format

A clear invoice gets you paid sooner and answers the customer's questions before they call. Here is what a ticket invoice should show, an example, and how to stop retyping it for every sale.

What you get

  • The parts that must be there

Who sold it, to whom, for which passengers and flights, the ticket numbers and booking reference, the price lines, the total, and what is still due.

  • Keep the currency on every line

Write the currency next to each amount. If the customer pays in another currency, record the payment in that currency, not a converted guess.

  • Why Excel breaks

Copies of one file, partial payments and several currencies: totals drift and nobody knows which copy is right.

  • Make it from the booking

Parvaz fills the ticket and receipt from the booking PDF, a photo or text, with your agency name and logo.

  • Track who has paid

Record each payment as it arrives; the balance and the customer's statement update at once.

  • Send it in a second

PDF, print, WhatsApp, e-mail, or a link with a QR code that opens a locked copy.

Questions

What should a travel agency invoice include?

The agency's name and contact, an invoice number and date, the customer, the passengers, ticket numbers, the booking reference, the flights, the fare, taxes and fees, the total and the balance still due.

Is there an Excel or Word template I can download?

Use the example above as your layout. If you sell more than a few tickets a week, Parvaz makes the same document from the booking, so you do not type it at all.

Does Parvaz add tax such as GST or VAT?

No. Parvaz does not calculate or file tax. It records the price you sold at and the payments; tax stays with your accountant.

Can I put my own logo on it?

Yes. Tickets and receipts carry only your agency's name and logo.
