What if the internet goes off?
Keep working. Make tickets, add passengers, record payments and expenses: Parvaz keeps them on your phone, shows how many are waiting, and sends each one by itself when the internet comes back. Only reading photos with AI needs the internet.

AI does the typing, you stay in charge. Always look over the details before you tap Save.
What documents can Parvaz read?
Almost any: passports, ID cards, visas, tickets, receipts, forms and letters, printed or handwritten, in English, Dari, Pashto and other languages. Take a photo or choose a file. Parvaz lists every detail so you can copy it, keep it, or add the person to your passengers. The file itself is not kept.
Can my customer change the ticket from the link?
No. The link, and the QR code on the ticket, open a locked copy of your PDF: your design, your branding and the prices you chose to show. Your customer can only look at it, download it or print it. You can turn a link off at any time.
Can I give a ticket to another agency without my logo?
Yes. Every ticket has a “Show our branding” option. Turn it off and the ticket, its PDF and its customer link carry no logo, no agency name and no contacts. You can hide the prices too. Nothing else changes: the ticket stays in your list and in your books.
Can another agency get my ticket in its own Parvaz?
Yes. On the ticket choose “Send to an agency” and send them the link. They add the ticket to their own tickets with one tap: the passengers go into their People, and it prints with their own logo and name. An agency that has no Parvaz yet makes an account from the same link. You choose whether your price goes with it, you see which agency added it, and you can turn the link off at any time.
