Umrah and Hajj agency software

Pilgrim groups mean many passports, many tickets and many payments. Parvaz keeps them together: passport scanning, group e-tickets, customer balances and your daybook, on a phone, even offline.

What you get

  • Scan passports once

Photograph a passport and the AI reads it into the People address book. Next time, the name is suggested.

  • Group tickets

Many passengers on one ticket, with the names, passport numbers and ticket numbers kept together.

  • Instalments and balances

Record each payment and see what every pilgrim or group still owes, in the currency they paid.

  • Umrah and visa sales

Record services that are not tickets (Umrah, visa, hotel, insurance) as sales next to your tickets.

  • Your team in one place

Staff share the same data live and talk in Discussions, so nobody does the work twice.

  • Offline, in your language

Works with a weak connection. Dari, Pashto and English, each person chooses their own.

How it works

Three steps. About one minute.

  1. Scanning a passport photo into the People list

    1. Scan the passports

Add a passport photo; AI fills the person.

  2. A ticket with several passengers

    2. Make the group ticket

Add the passengers and the flights.

  3. Payments and balances per customer

    3. Track payments

Record each payment and see the balance.

Questions

Is Parvaz a full Hajj and Umrah management system?

No. It does not plan buses, hotels or camps. It covers what every agency needs every day: passports, group e-tickets, payments, balances and your books.

Can I keep many pilgrims' passports in it?

Yes. The People list holds passenger details, and each agency's data is private to that agency.

Can I take instalment payments?

You record each payment against the customer or sale and see the remaining balance in its currency.

Does it work offline?

Yes, on phone, tablet and computer.

Can my staff use it together?

Yes. Unlimited staff with roles, and changes arrive on everyone's device.
