AI form filler Chrome extension for any website and any portal
Airline booking and check-in pages, visa and e-visa portals, embassy and government forms, hotels, insurance: if it is a web form, Parvaz Form Filler can fill it from a passport, ticket or other document. It fills only when you press Fill, and it never presses Submit. Works in Chrome and Edge on a computer.
What you get
Any website, any portal
It is not made for one airline or one country. Airline booking and check-in portals, visa and e-visa portals, government and embassy forms, hotel and insurance pages and any other web form are all fair game.
Finds every field
It works out what each box asks for even when the field names mean nothing, and it handles date boxes, country lists and custom dropdowns, not only plain text boxes.
Adult, child and infant
A booking with several travellers is filled person by person, with the right details for an adult, a child and an infant. Repeated blocks, such as passenger 1, 2 and 3, are filled in turn.
Read first, fill when you say
Step one reads the documents. Step two fills the form, only when you press Fill. Nothing on the page moves before that.
Never submits, never guesses
You press Submit or Pay yourself. It never touches password, card, CAPTCHA or one-time-code fields. A box it is unsure about is left empty and marked, and a filled answer that needs a look is marked amber "check this".
Your documents stay in your hands
A passport is read on your computer first. An ID card such as a tazkira, a ticket or another document is read by AI, and only after you agree. To match fields, only the field labels and the names of the details go to the AI, never the values you fill. See the sample form to watch it work with made-up data.
Connects by itself
Sign in to Parvaz in the same browser and the extension connects on its own. It signs out when you do and follows you when you switch team.
People saved, with Undo
People read from a document are saved to your agency People, so nobody types the same passport twice. Undo is one click away.
A history of every fill
Every reading and every fill is listed in the extension menu and on the Form Filler page in Parvaz, so you can see what was done and when.
See it on a real form

Add the passports. Each person read is saved to People, with Undo. The airline page is only one of many kinds of form.
On a visa application it shows what it can fill and asks when it cannot tell which person goes where.
While it fills, the page shows a small pill with a Stop button, so you always see that it is working.
On a hotel booking, a value it is less sure of is filled and marked amber. Keep it, clear it or change it.
The menu shows your account, team and the history of what you filled, on every kind of site.
How it works
Real screens from the app, step by step.
1. Add the documents
Open the extension on any page and drop in passports, tickets or other documents. It reads them and shows who it found.
2. Press Fill
Go to the airline, visa or any other form. Choose who goes where, then press Fill. Nothing moves before that.
3. Check and submit
Look at the amber "check this" boxes, fix anything, and press Submit yourself.
Questions
Does it work on any website?
It is built for any web form: airline booking and check-in portals, visa and e-visa portals, government and embassy forms, hotels, insurance and more. It finds fields even when their names mean nothing, and handles date boxes, country lists and custom dropdowns. A box it cannot fill is left empty and marked, so you finish it by hand.
How do I install the Parvaz Form Filler Chrome extension?
Sign in to your Parvaz account on a computer, open Form Filler in the menu and download it. Four short steps put it into Chrome or Edge, and after that it connects to your account by itself when you are signed in to Parvaz in the same browser.
Is there a Chrome extension that fills a form from a passport?
Yes. Parvaz Form Filler reads a passport and fills the names, passport number, birth date, expiry and nationality on the form you have open. You check the result before you submit.
Can it fill visa application forms?
Yes, on any visa or e-visa portal. It fills the details from your documents field by field and marks the ones to check. It does not submit the application, and the form stays your responsibility, so check every answer against your documents.
Can it fill airline passenger details?
Yes. It fills adult, child and infant passengers and repeated passenger blocks one person at a time, and asks when it cannot tell which person a block belongs to.
How accurate is it?
On 553 test forms, 99.5% of the values it filled were right. A value is never filled wrong without an amber "check this" mark, so look at the marked boxes before you submit.
Does it submit the form?
Never. It will not press Submit or Pay, and it will not touch password, card, CAPTCHA or one-time-code fields.
What is sent to the AI?
To match fields, only the labels of the fields and the names of the details, such as "passport number", and, when a label is an image, a picture of the form with every box painted out. The values are not sent for matching. A passport is read on your computer first. A tazkira, ticket or other document is read by AI only after you agree.
Do I need a Parvaz account?
Yes. The extension connects to your Parvaz account, and the people it reads are saved there. It works in Chrome and Edge on a computer, not on phones.
Can I try it without a real booking?
Yes. Open the sample form, a made-up airline passenger page with an adult, a child and an infant, and fill it with made-up data.
